1. Who we are

Rathee Law Firm P.C. ("the Firm", "we", "us") is a law firm located at 501 Fifth Avenue, Suite 1408, New York, NY 10017. We operate ratheelawfirm.com, app.ratheelawfirm.com (ImmigrationOS client portal), and are associated with ViRein.app.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — name, email, phone number, and case details — through our intake form, contact form, and client portal. We also collect usage data via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including pages visited, time on site, and referral source. We do not sell your data.

3. How we use your information

Information you provide is used solely to respond to your legal inquiry, schedule consultations, and manage your case if you become a client. Analytics data (collected via GA4) is used in aggregate to improve our website and understand which practice area pages drive the most consultations.

4. Attorney-client privilege

Information shared with us in the context of seeking legal advice may be protected by attorney-client privilege. However, submitting the intake form alone does not create an attorney-client relationship.

5. Cookies

We use cookies for Google Analytics (analytics cookies) and to remember your language preference. You can opt out of GA4 tracking at any time using Google's opt-out browser add-on or by contacting us.

6. Third-party services

We use: Google Analytics 4 (analytics), Cal.com (scheduling), ImmigrationOS / app.ratheelawfirm.com (case management). Each service has its own privacy policy.

7. Data retention

Client files are retained for 7 years after matter closure, as required by New York bar rules. Analytics data is retained per Google's standard retention policy (14 months by default).

8. Your rights (CCPA / GDPR)
